Buddhists believe in no other Hindu gods?
Buddha himself did not believe in any of the Hindu gods (although he did not believe in a Supreme Creator)?
No, not dogmatic teachings. In the texts of Buddha mentions Brahma, the Hindu Vedic god above (which of course have been aware of their eras religious gods) – but the teachings say that Brahma, expressed concern about the enlightenment of Buddha and the gods can not achieve that state, without following the path Buddhas (gods have the biggest ego). If you follow the Buddha, it is necessary to follow the gods, because they support the attainment of enlightenment as a dignified path. One can attain enlightenment through internal means (mind) only, external phenomena – such as the gods, family, friends, enemies – it can help both us and our own well-directed thoughts can and can not hurt us as much as our own misconceptions can. Buddhisms position may be summarized thus: to follow the gods, if you want to go to heaven, follow Buddha, if you want the release of ego and suffering ring system.
